System (EBAS) features a completely interactive web enabled employee interface for benefit selection, modification, enrollment and query.

The EBAS component of Matrix provides the interface between Employee Benefits Administration and the Human Resource / Payroll functions. EBAS will accommodate "Flexible Benefits", "Self Insured" or "Normal Benefits scenarios.

Included in EBAS is a comprehensive carrier interface and reporting module that provides the employer with accurate, up to date benefit costs, including complete calculation retroactivity that dynamically adjusts employee and employer costs to reflect retroactive employee benefit selection or life style changes in addition to benefit rate changes.

The employee's interfaces into EBAS are web enabled components that permit employees to "paperlessly" communicate information, from their home or office, to the Benefits Administrator in a form that automates processing and tracking the information through the Payroll / Human Resource departments and finally to the carrier(s).
