for ONTARIO SCHOOL BOARDS

The Matrix Employee Management Software System was designed and written specifically for Ontario School Districts and has been been paying teachers, hourly paid employees, salaried employees, part time employees and contract positions for over 3 years.

Both the Human Resource component and the Payroll component are tightly integrated using an "electronic" personal change form to provide a transactional relationship between both components. Web enabled components provide various query and entry capabilities to the employee including historical query and e-mail o the employee pay statement.

Payroll processing is fast and powerful and is initiated by the
data entered by the HR department. A unique feature is the ability to process a payrun for an individual employee allowing the payroll department an advance ‘look’ at a selected employee’s earnings and deductions for a payrun or the ability to re-run a single employee without re-processing the entire payrun.

Matrix may be installed in a School District starting at $1.00 per month per employee including software maintenance - regardless of the number of payruns and/or cheques involved.
