Documents can be created to run directly on the printer with no host or server software.   The incoming data stream is merged with the form design allowing for professional, feature rich documents.  MICR and bar code fonts, graphics, and even charts and graphs are possible without compromising the page per minute speed of the printer. 

is the output management tool, which directs variable data to PlanetPress forms in order to print on local and remote printers.  It enables output job splitting, cluster printing, remote printing, archiving to PDF and document distribution via email and fax.

PlanetPress Watch automatically distributes print jobs to clusters of printers, taking advantage of the high speed and redundancy of such an architecture. PlanetPress Watch intelligently distributes print data to PlanetPress forms resident on clustered printers. This greatly reduces the network traffic. 


is a module added onto PlanetPress Watch, that produces PDF output simultaneously to printing and faxing. Variable data documents are delivered by email or archived with multiple custom user-defined indexes. The process is completely automated, requiring no intervention from the user.

PDF documents produced by PlanetPress Image are very small, as low as 1.5KB per page. This compact size makes archiving and distribution by email easy and practical.

is an Adobe Acrobat plug-in that delivers high-speed queries across multiple indexes for documents archived by PlanetPress Image.
With PlanetPress Search, users can quickly find archived documents for previewing, re-printing or retransmitting by email or fax.


is the module that provides fax capability to PlanetPress Watch. Fax documents can be produced and sent simultaneous to printing and archiving with a totally automated process. Any documents that cannot be transmitted are printed to ensure communications integrity.

PlanetPress Fax is typically used to automate order conformations that are often manual processes. The fax form is created in PlanetPress and can be designed to be the same as, or different to the printed document. Fax numbers are picked up from the source variable data making integration simple. The product ships with a USB business class fax modem.
